The Dakota Digital DGS-12 is a 12VDC LED Gear Position Indicator plate designed for surface mount applications. This horizontal configuration displays gear positions without overdrive, giving drivers a clear, easy-to-read indication of the selected gear.
The plate is constructed of acrylic material with a textured silver face that replicates the appearance of brushed aluminum, offering a budget-friendly alternative to metal indicator plates. Installation is achieved by drilling holes for the LEDs through the dash and routing wire from the LEDs into the dash; once in place, the plate is held securely by the LEDs themselves.
