The Dakota Digital VCM-101 Velocity Commander Cruise Control System brings modern, reliable cruise control to newer drive-by-wire GM drivetrains and electronics. Engineered and produced in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the VCM-100 Series base unit is designed to work with OEM OBD-II/CAN systems or aftermarket EFI systems with electronic pedal control, including LS applications.
This VCM-101 base unit includes both Early and Late GM inline 6-pin pedal harnesses and an OBDII harness, simplifying installation for GM drive-by-wire throttle body and pedal applications. A proprietary setup wizard, accessed through the Dakota Digital mobile app, guides users through installation, setup, and troubleshooting for smooth, dependable cruise operation.
