The Dakota Digital VCM-100 Velocity Commander is a modern cruise control system engineered for Drive by Wire (DBW) throttle body applications on GM, Ford, or Mopar drivetrains. Fully designed and produced in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, this unit is intended for use with the OEM OBD-II/CAN harness connection, allowing the system to monitor speedometer and tachometer information directly through the vehicle's OBD-II data stream.
A proprietary setup wizard, accessed through the Dakota Digital mobile app, guides installers through configuration and troubleshooting, helping ensure smooth and reliable cruise operation without the usual guesswork of a complex install.

Notes
This VCM-100 configuration includes the OBD-II harness only; a Drive by Wire pedal harness and a cruise control handle must be purchased separately to complete the installation. GM pedal applications are available with the VCM-101, and Ford & Mopar pedal applications are available with the VCM-105. Aftermarket EFI systems such as AEM, Aces, Holley, Haltech, FiTech, and MegaSquirt may also be compatible via a direct CAN connection harness, sold separately.
