The Chevrolet Powerglide transmission is a 2-speed automatic built for racing applications. Every Gearstar Powerglide build includes an SFI-approved case and SFI-approved bellhousing, giving it the strength and certification drag racing and competition applications require.
This GearStar’s Chevy 2-speed Powerglide transmission is hand-assembled to handle serious horsepower while keeping the lightweight, low-drag advantage that made the original Powerglide a drag strip staple for decades.
