Gearstar's transmission adapters let you mate a modern automatic to a classic Small Block Ford engine. The Ford 6R80-to-SBF adapter plate connects the 6R80 six-speed transmission's Coyote-pattern bellhousing to the standard 289, 302, and 351W bolt pattern, including stroker builds, and the matching torque converter adapter kit completes the swap. Both are precision-machined and manufactured in the USA to hold correct transmission-to-engine alignment, giving you six forward gears and overdrive cruising while keeping your original engine.
