Description
The Dakota Digital RTX-69C-CAM-X is a direct drop-in upgrade for the 1969 Chevy Camaro, designed to install into a stock or reproduction plastic instrument bezel (available separately). With the key off, the gauge face looks all but factory original, featuring a large speedometer and tachometer. Once power is applied, segmented LED bars come to life to display oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage and fuel level, while twin TFT message centers provide a full array of additional information.
Stock lenses and indicator rings are replaced with the included matte black aluminum trim rings, preserving the OEM layout and face styling while adding the late-model features enthusiasts want. CNC machined housings are filled with electronics designed and built in-house by Dakota Digital, and the RTX series uses a central control box to simplify installation and setup.
Full RGB LED backlighting allows independent color selection for needle color, sweep color and digital TFT display color, with over 30 user-selectable color options and 12 factory preset color themes. The system can be configured and calibrated through the included pushbutton rocker switch or through the free Dakota Digital mobile app for Android and Apple devices.

- Cable Driven Speed Sensor/Generator: replaces GM-style speedometer cables, 10 ft harness; requires approximately 5" of clearance between the cable drive output and any obstruction (Part # 130011, sold separately, allows relocation of the pulse generator when additional clearance is needed; Tremec and Ford style adaptors available on request)
- Bushings: 1/8" to 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" NPT bushings, plus bushings for 12mm and 16mm x 1.5 threads
