Description
The Dakota Digital HDX-73C-PU-K is a complete HDX instrument system engineered specifically for 1973-87 Chevy and GMC pickups, as well as 1973-91 Blazer, Suburban and heavy-duty pickup applications. This black face system retains the stock cluster arrangement, with a large speedometer and tachometer front and center and satellite gauges to the side, while adding a TFT display in each large gauge opening for a high level of customization and real-time parameter viewing.
Calibration and personalization are handled through built-in capacitive-touch buttons or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Each needle hub is black nickel plated spun aluminum to match the button finish, and the system allows independent selection of illumination colors for gauge readings, needles, and message centers.
Installation is simplified through a central control box that sources signals from the vehicle harness, along with included solid state sending units that connect cleanly to their respective terminals. The system uses an OEM or reproduction style bezel, which is not included.

Notes
- Bezel not included; system uses an OEM or reproduction style bezel
- Gear Position indicator requires the optional GSS-3000 sensor (sold separately)
- Part # 130011 (sold separately) allows relocation of the pulse generator when additional clearance is required; Tremec and Ford style adaptors available on request
- Not all OEM indicator lamp functions will be replaced; unused indicators may be repurposed as needed
- The DIM-1 is a common accessory for on-the-fly rotary brightness control
