The 1997-2004 Ford Truck/Bronco RTX Instrument System from Dakota Digital brings modern electronics to the dash of your full-size Ford without sacrificing that familiar factory appearance. Every detail, from layout to face styling and indicator placement, has been designed to mirror OEM styling, so a casual glance may mistake it for stock equipment. Once the LED backlighting comes to life in the color scheme of your choice, however, the difference becomes clear.
CNC machined housings are paired with in-house designed electronics, including a high-definition TFT message center that can be configured to display a wide range of vehicle information. As with other Dakota Digital systems, the RTX series uses a central control box to simplify installation and setup.
This system installs using the OEM bezel, which is not included. This system does not fit Ranger models.

Included Sensors
- Water Temperature: 1/8" NPT, ground isolated sensor with a 10 ft harness
- Oil Pressure: 1/8" NPT solid state sensor with a 10 ft harness
- Cable Driven Speed Sensor/Generator: replaces Ford and/or GM style speedometer cables with a 10 ft harness; requires approximately 5" clearance between the cable drive output and any obstruction
- Bushings: 1/8" to 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" NPT, plus 12mm and 16mm x 1.5 thread bushings
Notes
- System uses the OEM bezel, which is not included

- Gear Position indicator requires optional GSS-3000 sensor (sold separately)
- Part # 130011 (sold separately) allows relocation of the pulse generator when additional clearance is needed
- DIM-1 is a common accessory for on-the-fly rotary brightness control (sold separately)
- Not all OEM indicator lamp functions will be replaced; unused indicators can be repurposed as needed
