Level 2: Up to 500 HP

Built for LS engines and 4x4 applications, the Level 2 4l80e 4x4 transmission for sale is rated up to 500 HP and 500 lb-ft of torque at the crankshaft. It runs on a custom-built and custom-stalled 13-inch lock-up converter with a 1,600-2,200 RPM stall range, backed by a master overhaul kit with new steel plates, Raybestos high-energy frictions, a Transgo reprogramming kit, heat-treated input and main shafts, and a heavy-duty intermediate sprag. A standalone transmission controller is required unless the unit is going into a factory application.

Level 3: Up to 600 HP

The Level 3 built 4l80e 4x4 transmission steps up to 600 HP and 600 lb-ft of torque at the crankshaft, designed for LS engines in 4x4 applications. It pairs with a custom-built and custom-stalled 13-inch lock-up billet Yank Performance converter at a 1,600-2,200 RPM stall, and adds Raybestos Stage I frictions, a Transgo reprogramming kit with valve body recalibration, an expanded capacity forward clutch drum, and heat-treated input, main, and forward clutch hub components over the Level 2 build.

Level 4: Up to 700 HP

Built for more demanding 4x4 applications, the Level 4 4l80e 4x4 transmission is rated up to 700 HP and 650 lb-ft of torque at the crankshaft. It uses a custom-built and custom-stalled 10.5-inch or 13-inch lock-up billet Yank Performance converter with a wider 1,600-2,800 RPM stall range, along with a 300M input shaft, 300M main shaft, 300M forward clutch hub, and an expanded capacity third clutch drum for added strength over Level 3.

Level 5: Up to 800 HP

Gearstar's highest-tier 4L80E 4x4 transmission for sale, the Level 5 build is rated up to 800 HP and 750 lb-ft of torque at the crankshaft for LS engines in 4x4 applications. It runs a custom-built and custom-stalled 10-inch, 10.5-inch, or 13-inch multi-disk lock-up billet Yank Performance converter with a custom stall, plus the same 300M input shaft, main shaft, and forward clutch hub as Level 4, built on a master overhaul kit with hardened steels and Raybestos Stage I frictions.

Big Block/Small Block 4L80E 4x4 Options
