The Dakota Digital RTX-40F-X RTX Instrument System brings the iconic 1940 Ford car dashboard to life with a feature-rich, OEM-styled gauge package. The kit includes a chrome plated, machined bezel for a finished look that fits the stock dash opening in 1940 Ford cars.
As part of Dakota Digital's RTX series, this system retains the classic instrument layout, face styling, and indicator placement of the original equipment while adding a high-definition TFT message center capable of displaying a wide range of vehicle information. CNC machined housings are filled with in-house designed electronics, and a central control box makes installation and setup straightforward.
Full LED backlighting with RGB color control allows the needle color, sweep color, and digital display color to be independently customized, giving the look of a stock gauge cluster until the system is switched on and its modern capabilities are revealed.

- DIM-1 is a common accessory for on-the-fly rotary brightness control, sold separately
