The Dakota Digital HDX-66C-CVL-S is a direct-fit HDX instrument system engineered specifically for the long, narrow gauge housing found in the 1966-67 Chevy Chevelle, Malibu, and El Camino. This Silver Face version combines six analog gauge sweeps with a large, full-color TFT message center, bringing modern instrumentation to the classic Chevelle dash without altering its original appearance.
The system allows independent control of illumination colors for gauge readings, needles, and the message center, giving owners the ability to customize the look to match their interior. Calibration and personalization are handled through built-in capacitive-touch buttons or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Each needle hub features black nickel-plated spun-aluminum construction to match the control buttons.
Installation is simplified through a central control box that interfaces with vehicle-harness sourced signals and includes solid-state sending units that connect cleanly to their respective terminals. The system uses an OEM or reproduction style bezel, which is not included with this kit.

Notes
- Bezel is not included; system uses an OEM or reproduction style bezel
- Gear Position indicator requires optional GSS-3000 sensor
- Part # 130011 (sold separately) allows relocation of the pulse generator when additional clearance is required; Tremec and Ford style adaptors available on request
- DIM-1 is a common accessory for adding on-the-fly rotary dimmer control
- Not all OEM indicator lamp functions will be replaced; unused indicators may be repurposed as needed
