The Dakota Digital HDX-66C-NOV-K brings a fully modern instrument system to the 1966-67 Chevy Nova, featuring a black alloy gauge-face design housed in a CNC-machined assembly that attaches to a stock or reproduction bezel. A full-color TFT message center anchors the cluster, flanked by backlit analog needles for a clean, high-tech look that still complements the car's original dash layout.
Each HDX system allows independent control of illumination colors for gauge readings, needles, and the message center display. Settings and calibration are managed through built-in capacitive-touch buttons or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Needle hubs are black nickel plated spun-aluminum to match the button finish.
The system includes dead-faced indicators for turn signals, high beam, check engine, cruise control, and parking brake, plus two user-definable indicators, along with a red, settable warning light built into each gauge sweep. A central control box simplifies installation by sourcing signals from the vehicle harness and connecting to included solid-state sending units.
