Description
The Dakota Digital RTX-66C-NOV-X RTX Instrument System is a direct-fit replacement gauge package designed for 1966-67 Chevy Nova applications. Combining precision analog gauges with a full-color digital message center, this system delivers a dramatic upgrade in both functionality and style while retaining a layout built specifically for the Nova dash.
Each analog gauge is backed by full LED backlighting with RGB technology, allowing the driver to independently select needle color, sweep color, and digital display color from over 30 user-selectable options. Twelve factory preset color themes are included for quick setup, or users can fully customize every color zone to create a unique look for day and night driving.
The system is calibrated and operated through an included two-sided pushbutton rocker switch, or through the free Dakota Digital mobile app for Android and Apple devices, giving users convenient access to setup menus, diagnostics, and real-time gauge readouts.

Included Sensors
- Water temperature sensor: 1/8" NPT, ground isolated, with 10 ft harness
- Oil pressure sensor: 1/8" NPT solid state, with 10 ft harness
- Cable-driven speed sensor/generator that replaces GM style speedometer cables, with 10 ft harness (requires approximately 5" of clearance between the cable drive output and any obstruction)
- Bushings: 1/8" to 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" NPT, plus 12mm and 16mm x 1.5 thread bushings
Notes
- Not all OEM indicator lamp functions will be replaced; unused indicators may be repurposed as needed
- Optional GSS-3000 sensor required for gear position indicator functionality
- Optional DIM-1 accessory available for on-the-fly rotary brightness control
- Part # 130011 (sold separately) allows relocation of the pulse generator when additional clearance is required; Tremec and Ford style adaptors available on request
- GPS-50-2 may be used to eliminate the need for speedometer calibration
- Optional gauge carrier/bezel shown in some images is not included
