Description
The Dakota Digital RTX-68C-IMP-X is a direct-fit RTX instrument system designed for the 1968 Chevy Impala, Caprice, Bel Air and Biscayne. Built to retain the stock dash appearance, this system incorporates OEM design elements in its layout, face styling and indicators, so a casual glance may mistake it for original equipment. Once powered on, full LED backlighting in your chosen color scheme reveals the advanced technology hidden within.
Each RTX gauge housing is CNC machined and filled with electronics designed and built in-house by Dakota Digital. The high-definition TFT message centers can be configured to display a wide range of vehicle information, and a central control box simplifies installation and setup.
Note: The bezel is not included with this system; it is designed to use the OEM bezel.

- Cable Driven Speed Sensor/Generator: replaces GM-style speedometer cables, includes 10 ft harness; requires approximately 5" of clearance between the cable drive output and any obstruction (Part # 130011, sold separately, allows relocation of the pulse generator when additional clearance is needed; Tremec and Ford style adaptors available on request)
