Description
The Dakota Digital HDX-73F-PU-S brings 21st century instrumentation technology to your 1973-79 Ford Pickup, featuring a silver alloy gauge-face styling in a direct-fit design for the triple-square dash. This system allows the user to select independent illumination colors for the gauge readings, needles, and message centers, while a full-color TFT message center provides additional information at a glance. Supplied sensors and available expansion modules allow this system to mate with the drivetrain of your choice.
Calibration and personal settings are manipulated with the built-in, capacitive-touch buttons, or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Each needle hub is black nickel plated spun-aluminum to match the buttons. All HDX instrument systems feature dead-faced indicators and a red, settable warning light for each gauge. The central control box greatly simplifies installation with vehicle-harness sourced signals and supplied, solid state sending units connecting cleanly to their respective terminals.
Note: this system does not fit the E-Van. The system uses an OEM or reproduction style bezel, which is not included.
