Description
The Dakota Digital HDX-56F-PU-S brings advanced electronic instrumentation to the unmistakable 1956 Ford Pickup, a one-year-only design famous for its built-in visor and wrap-around windshield. This HDX System bolts directly to a stock or reproduction bezel (not included) and features six analog instruments paired with a single TFT message center, delivering a complete gauge package that integrates with virtually any drivetrain combination through its supplied sensors and available accessory modules.
This system is finished with a silver alloy gauge face and offers independently selectable illumination colors for needles, gauge sweeps, and the message center display. Calibration and personalization are handled through built-in capacitive-touch buttons or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Each needle hub is black nickel-plated spun aluminum to match the control buttons.
All HDX instrument systems feature dead-faced indicators for turn signals, high beam, check engine, cruise control, parking brake, and two user-definable functions, plus a red, settable warning light built into each gauge sweep. A central control box simplifies installation by sourcing signals from the vehicle harness and connecting supplied solid-state sending units cleanly to their respective terminals.
