The RTX-97C-CAM-X RTX Instrument System is designed specifically for the 1997-2002 Chevrolet Camaro, including coupe and convertible models equipped with either manual or automatic transmissions, from base V6 trims up to the Z28 and SS with the 5.7L LS1. This system retains the OEM design elements of the factory dash while adding the late-model features and technology enthusiasts want, including CNC-machined housings and in-house designed electronics. The gauge faces and layout are built to mimic the stock appearance, but once powered on, the full LED backlighting and TFT message center reveal a dramatically updated instrument cluster.
For vehicles running OE or aftermarket fuel injection, pairing this system with the Dakota Digital BIM-01-2 interface module simplifies integration.
A central control box manages the system for straightforward installation and setup, and configuration can be done through the included pushbutton switch or the companion mobile app for Android and Apple devices.

Notes
- Bezel not included; system is designed to use an OEM or reproduction style bezel
- Speed sensor requires approximately 5" of clearance between the cable drive output and any obstruction; part # 130011 (sold separately) allows relocation of the pulse generator if additional clearance is needed
- Not all OEM indicator lamp functions will be replaced; unused indicators may be repurposed as needed
- Optional GSS-3000 sensor required for gear position display
- Optional DIM-1 accessory available for on-the-fly rotary brightness control
- Speedometer calibration is not required when used with the optional GPS-50-2
