Description
The Dakota Digital HDX-56F-PU-K HDX Instrument System is designed specifically for the one-year-only 1956 Ford F-series pickup, complementing its distinctive wrap-around windshield and built-in visor with a modern, fully digital instrumentation package. This system bolts directly to a stock or reproduction bezel (not included) and features a black gauge-face styling with six analog instruments and a single TFT message center.
Supplied sensors and available modules allow integration with virtually any drivetrain combination. Users can independently select illumination colors for gauge readings, needles, and the message center, with calibration and personal settings handled through built-in capacitive-touch buttons or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Each needle hub is black nickel plated spun-aluminum to match the control buttons.
All HDX instrument systems feature dead-faced indicators, a red settable warning light for each gauge, and a central control box that simplifies installation with vehicle-harness sourced signals and supplied solid-state sending units.

Notes
- Bezel not included; system is designed to use an OEM or reproduction style bezel
- Optional GSS-3000 sensor required for Gear Position indicator functionality
- Optional DIM-1 accessory available for on-the-fly rotary brightness control
- Optional GPS-50-2 can be used to eliminate the need for speedometer calibration
- Not all OEM indicator lamp functions will be replaced; unused indicators may be repurposed as needed
