Description
The Dakota Digital HDX-60C-PU-K is a direct-fit HDX instrument system engineered specifically for 1960-63 Chevy pickups, featuring black alloy gauge-face styling. The 1960-63 dashboard design requires its own specific instrument cluster, and this kit utilizes the stock bezel or trim for a true drop-in upgrade. This system does not fit GMC trucks.
The HDX system combines a large TFT message center with six analog gauges, allowing independent control over illumination colors for gauge readings, needles, and the message center display. Calibration and personal settings are handled through built-in capacitive-touch buttons or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Each needle hub is black nickel plated spun-aluminum to match the control buttons.
All HDX instrument systems feature dead-faced indicators and a red, settable warning light for each gauge. A central control box simplifies installation by sourcing signals from the vehicle harness and connecting supplied, solid state sending units cleanly to their respective terminals. The system uses an OEM or reproduction style bezel, which is not included.
