The Dakota Digital HDX-61C-IMP-S is a direct-fit HDX instrument system designed specifically for 1961-62 Chevy Impala models, eliminating the need to modify the dashboard for a set of round gauges. This kit includes new chrome housings and bezels for the round gauges, while the original rectangular speedometer trim piece is retained. Twin TFT message centers keep the driver informed with pertinent vehicle data while preserving the classic '60s dashboard look.
This system features silver alloy gauge-face styling, with fully user-selectable illumination colors for the gauge readings, needles, and message centers. Calibration and personal settings are managed through built-in capacitive-touch buttons or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Each needle hub is black nickel plated spun-aluminum to match the control buttons.
Installation is simplified through a central control box that uses vehicle-harness sourced signals along with supplied solid-state sending units that connect cleanly to their respective terminals.

- Bushings: 1/8" to 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" NPT bushings, plus 12mm and 16mm x 1.5 thread bushings
Notes
- Bezel not included; system uses OEM or reproduction style bezel
- Not all OEM indicator lamp functions will be replaced; unused indicators can be repurposed as needed
- Optional GSS-3000 sensor required for Gear Position indicator
- Part # 130011 (sold separately) allows relocation of the pulse generator when additional clearance is required; Tremec and Ford style adaptors available on request
