Description
The Dakota Digital HDX-64P-GTO-S HDX Instrument System brings a dramatic, fully digital/analog hybrid gauge package to 1964-67 Pontiac GTO, Tempest, and LeMans models. The fully machined instrument housing attaches directly to the stock gauge bezel found in these A-body Pontiacs, making installation straightforward. Two TFT message centers and six analog gauge sweeps fill the quartet of openings, allowing the driver to view nearly any parameter desired, all finished with silver alloy gauge-face styling.
This HDX system allows the user to independently select illumination colors for the gauge readings, needles, and message centers. Calibration and personal settings are managed through built-in capacitive-touch buttons or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Each needle hub is black nickel-plated spun aluminum to match the buttons, and all HDX systems feature dead-faced indicators along with a red, settable warning light for each gauge.
A central control box simplifies installation by sourcing signals from the vehicle harness and connecting supplied, solid-state sending units cleanly to their respective terminals. The system uses an OEM or reproduction-style bezel; bezel/trim/facia is not included.

- DIM-1 is a common accessory for adding on-the-fly rotary brightness control
