Description
The Dakota Digital RTX-64C-IMP-X RTX Instrument System brings late-model technology to the 1964 Chevy Impala while retaining the factory instrument cluster appearance. Drawing on the original 1963-64 Chevy Impala, Bel Air and Biscayne layout, this system adds LED backlighting, a TFT message center and full color-changing capability. It uses your stock steel front bezel (not supplied) and connects to anything from a 283 to a twin turbo LS3.
The RTX series focuses on retaining a stock appearance without sacrificing modern features. OEM design elements are carefully incorporated into the layout, face styling and indicators, so at a casual glance the gauges look original equipment. Once powered on, the LED backlighting illuminates in your chosen color scheme, revealing the advanced technology within.
Each RTX system features CNC machined housings filled with in-house designed and built electronics. The high-definition TFT message center can be configured to display a wide range of information, and a central control box simplifies installation and setup.

- Bushings: 1/8" to 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" NPT bushings, plus bushings for 12mm and 16mm x 1.5 threads

Notes
- Stock steel front bezel is required but not included; system uses an OEM or reproduction style bezel
- Vehicles with factory A/C will require modifications to the stock gauge bezel ductwork
- Gear Position indicator requires optional GSS-3000 sensor (sold separately)
- Part # 130011 (sold separately) allows relocation of the pulse generator when additional clearance is required; Tremec and Ford style adaptors available on request
- DIM-1 is a common accessory for on-the-fly rotary dimmer control
