Description
The Dakota Digital HDX-68C-CAC-K is a complete bolt-in HDX instrument system designed for 1968 Chevy Camaro models equipped with console gauges. This system upgrades the factory console gauge location with six analog readings plus twin TFT message centers, allowing the driver to view all vital information at a glance without disturbing the original factory housings. This is a complete package and cannot be split up.
This system features black gauge-face styling with user-selectable illumination colors for the gauge readings, needles, and message centers. Calibration and personal settings are manipulated through built-in capacitive-touch buttons or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Each needle hub is black nickel plated spun-aluminum to match the buttons.
Installation is simplified through a central control box that uses vehicle-harness sourced signals along with supplied solid state sending units that connect cleanly to their respective terminals. The system uses an OEM or reproduction style bezel; dash and console bezels are not supplied.

Included Sensors
- Water Temperature: 1/8" NPT, ground isolated sensor with a 10 ft harness
- Oil Pressure: 1/8" NPT solid state sensor with a 10 ft harness
- Cable Driven Speed Sensor/Generator: Replaces GM style speedometer cables with a 10 ft harness; requires approximately 5" clearance between the cable drive output and any obstruction (Part # 130011 sold separately for relocation when additional clearance is required)
- Bushings: 1/8" to 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" NPT bushings along with bushings for 12mm and 16mm x 1.5 threads

- Dash and console bezels are not included; system uses OEM or reproduction style bezel
- Not all OEM indicator lamp functions will be replaced; unused indicators may be repurposed as needed
