Description
The Dakota Digital HDX-70D-CLG-K is a direct bolt-in instrument upgrade for 1970-74 Dodge Challenger Rallye dash applications, featuring black alloy gauge-face styling. Six analog instruments plus a clock are paired with two large, full-color TFT message centers to deliver comprehensive driver awareness while retaining the factory look.
This system works with the stock front bezel and includes turn signal and brake indicators lit by LEDs. Users can independently select illumination colors for the gauge readings, needles, and message centers, with calibration and personal settings managed through built-in capacitive-touch buttons or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Each needle hub is black nickel plated spun-aluminum to match the buttons.
Installation is simplified with a central control box that sources signals from the vehicle harness, along with supplied solid-state sending units that connect cleanly to their respective terminals.

Included Sensors

- Cable Driven Speed Sensor/Generator: replaces GM style speedometer cables with a 10 ft harness; sensor requires approximately 5" clearance extending between the cable drive output and any obstruction (Part # 130011 sold separately for relocation of the pulse generator when additional clearance is required; Tremec and Ford style adaptors available on request)
- Bushings: 1/8" to 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" NPT bushings, along with bushings for 12mm and 16mm x 1.5 threads
