The RTX-82P-FIR-X is a direct-fit RTX Instrument System from Dakota Digital, designed to bolt into any 1982-92 Pontiac Firebird with a non-digital dash. Styled after the sporty 1986-92 Firebird gauge theme, this system replicates the factory layout, face styling, and indicator placement so closely that a casual glance may mistake it for original equipment-until the LED backlighting comes alive in the color scheme of your choice.
Each RTX system starts with a CNC-machined housing filled with electronics designed and built in-house by Dakota Digital. A high-definition TFT message center can be configured to display a wide range of information, while a central control box simplifies installation and setup. The system uses an OEM or reproduction style bezel; the bezel itself is not included.

- Cable-driven speed sensor/generator replacing GM style speedometer cables, with 10 ft harness (requires approximately 5" clearance; part #130011 available separately for relocation when additional clearance is needed)
- Bushings for 1/8" to 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" NPT, plus 12mm and 16mm x 1.5 thread sizes
