Description
The Dakota Digital RTX-92C-PU-X is a complete RTX Series instrument system designed for 1992-94 Chevy/GMC Pickup, Suburban, Tahoe, and Yukon models. Built to retain the stock appearance of these OBS trucks while delivering modern features, the RTX system faithfully follows OEM design elements for layout, face styling, and indicators, so it looks right at home whether installed in a bone-stock cab or a full custom interior.
Each RTX system starts with a CNC-machined housing filled with electronics designed and built in-house by Dakota Digital. A high-definition TFT message center can be configured to display a wide range of vehicle information, and the system utilizes a central control box to simplify installation and setup. The system is designed for use with an OEM or reproduction style bezel.

- Daytime and nighttime brightness control through the RTX setup menu, tied to headlight switch activation
- Pushbutton control via included two-sided rocker switch for programming and operation

Included Sensors
- Water Temperature: 1/8" NPT, ground isolated sensor with a 10 ft harness
- Oil Pressure: 1/8" NPT solid state sensor with a 10 ft harness
- Cable Driven Speed Sensor/Generator: replaces GM style speedometer cables with a 10 ft harness; requires approximately 5" clearance between the cable drive output and any obstruction
- Bushings: 1/8" to 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" NPT bushings, plus bushings for 12mm and 16mm x 1.5 threads
- Two-sided pushbutton rocker switch for programming and operation
Notes
- Bezel not included; system is designed for use with an OEM or reproduction style bezel
- Gear Position indicator requires optional GSS-3000 sensor (sold separately)
- Part # 130011 (sold separately) allows relocation of the pulse generator when additional clearance is required; Tremec and Ford style adaptors available on request
- DIM-1 is available as a common accessory for on-the-fly rotary brightness control
- Not all OEM indicator lamp functions will be replaced; unused indicators may be repurposed as needed
- Speedometer calibration is not required if a GPS-50-2 is used
